VSA offer teams the opportunity to receive high quality professional coaching. Below is a break down of how our team coaching services work.

 

 

INITIAL MEETING

 

This will be an opportunity to go over any specific details the coach will benefit from having. It will also give the coach the chance to go over what you require from them, goal setting, planning for fixtures and the season ahead.

PLANNING AND DELIVERY OF COACHING SESSIONS

​

The VSA coach will be in charge of planning and delivering designated coaching sessions. The topics of these sessions are completely interchangeable and dependant on the needs of the group.

SUPPORT WITH FIXTURES/ TOURNAMENTS

​

We offer the opportunity to have your VSA coach attend and assist at fixtures. This also benefits the planning of upcoming training sessions.

PLAYER EVALUATIONS

​

Players will recieve player evaluations/ feedback termly, breaking down what they are doing really well and what they could do to improve. 

​

TEAM TRAINING WEEKS

​

During school holidays you can book the whole squad to take part in a 4 day intensive camp with their VSA coach. The team will have the opportunity to work on a number of technical/ tactical aspects of their game as a group. Fantastic for encouraging team cohesion (see Holiday Courses).
